Taylor

Hygienist

Taylor is originally from Michigan and attended Michigan State University, earning her bachelor's degree in 2017. Afterward, she moved to Colorado, where she pursued Dental Hygiene School at the Community College of Denver. Outside of academics and work, she enjoys the company of her bunny Dobby and has passions for reading, baking, and soaking up the sun outdoors. In the winter, she indulges in skiing, making the most of Colorado's snowy season with her long-term partner Austin. 

Carolyn

Front Desk Coordinator

Carolyn Wrightam grew up in the country near Springfield Illinois with an older brother and sister and many pets.  At 17, she was Rotary Exchange student to Bautzen, Germany, a charming village where she embraced the youth culture, and learned to sing.  Carolyn studied philosophy and linguistics at Augustana College and University of Iowa before moving to Longmont in 2009.  She loves the local scenery and weather, and is awed by local wildlife.  "The air, the experiences, and the people are so changeable and refreshing," she says.

An organizer at heart, her off-time hobbies include planning group get-togethers which feature home-cooked meals, rich desserts, and strategic board games.  She can often be seen reading class literature or fantasy fiction, but in a pinch will read any book within arms reach.  She has a real fondness for all animals, especially Siamese cats, and plays host to Oswald, her 17-pound Blue Point rescued from a local shelter.  Carolyn hopes one day to see all seven continents, design and manufacture her own wardrobe, and publish her most favorite recipes. 

Jessandra

Dental Assistant

After growing up right here in Longmont, Colorado, Jessandra found her vocation in the dental field. She graduated from the National School of Dental Assisting in 2017 and joined the team at Niwot Dental full time in 2023. She loves to interact with patients. Jessandra has one son named Dominick and three chickens. In her spare time, she loves camping with her family, fishing, painting, traveling, and learning new recipes.  

 

Clarissa

Dental Assistant

Born in Cali and raised in Texas, Clarissa moved to Colorado three years ago in search of new opportunities and a better quality of life. She graduated from Academy of Dental Assisting Careers in 2023, driven by a passion for helping others. She loves bonding with patients and takes pride in changing lives, one smile at a time.

Outside of work, Clarissa enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. Together, they love attending baseball games, going to classic car shows, grilling, fishing, and enjoying rodeos. They also play softball and cherish quality time with their loved ones.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Niwot dental! They have made going to the dentist a great experience for me AND my children! Not only has he taken great care of my dental health he also did an incredible job with some cosmetic work, a task I was incredibly scared to do considering the horror stories out there. My teeth look and feel great!

My husband, son, and myself have been seeing Dr. Saeks for the past 8 years. Everyone in the office is so professional and nice. Dr. Saeks has done everything from replacing a bridge, doing a crown, and filling cavities. He makes us feel comfortable and relaxed along with providing excellent dental care. I recommend Niwot Dental for all your dental needs! (We even drive from South Denver just to see him)

I am a relatively new patient at Niwot Dental, but I cannot recommend this exceptional team highly enough! I am so glad that I chose to switch to their office. Kim's positive first impression is contagious and she is incredibly warm and helpful - even helping me fit in a cleaning and filling around dates of changing insurance. I've seen Jennifer (hygienist) and Karen (dental assist.) who have both been very thorough and friendly, and Dr. Saeks himself, also wonderful, and who just gave me the quickest and most painless filling I've ever had.
